Stanton Optical, part of Now Optics, is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to enhance the patient experience and support sales at the store level. You will greet customers, collect information, perform basic tests, and coordinate with clinical and retail teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and promote available services and products.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, enter history, complete pre-tests and exams.
• Assist management with patient concerns and update order statuses.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping.
• Edge stock lenses, assemble frames and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor lab area issues and report equipment problems.
• Track delivery times to ensure 100% on-time performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
