Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with four years related experience, or a college degree with 6 months related experience.
• Fingerprinting clearance and eligibility to be a cash collector if applicable.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple patient records systems.
• Ability to analyze situations, prioritize, and develop solutions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
• Strong writing and organizational skills; knowledge of medical practice terminology.

Responsibilities

• Represent the administrative team as the public face of the Practice.
• Support practice operations and customer service recovery/intervention.
• Collaborate with administrative, clinical and management teams for efficient workflow.
• Complete proficiency checklist within six months of start date.
