Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
• Strong computer and keyboarding skills with ability to navigate multiple patient records systems.
• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent the administrative team as the public face of the Practice.
• Support practice operations and customer service recovery and intervention efforts.
• Handle CRM messages, telephone encounters, referrals, and billing-related tasks.
• Maintain routine clerical operations and communications.
• Adhere to UCSF standards and collaborate with clinical and management teams.
