Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy on the Upper West Side is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator to welcome patients and manage clinic flow at our W 75th Street location. You will respond to phone calls and emails within two hours and guide patients through the out-of-network experience with a smile and 5-star service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while controlling clinic flow.
• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet all patients entering the clinic with a smile.
• Execute 5-star customer service and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
