Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our Upper East Side location in Manhattan. You will welcome patients, manage communications, and guide them through the out-of-network experience with a focus on 5-star service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required or preferred.
• Candidate should be hospitable, welcoming and team-oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication, plus ability to multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to grow within the role.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours at latest.
• Greet patients and guide them through the out-of-network experience.
• Maintain a high level of 5-star customer service and a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth appointment flow and patient satisfaction.
