Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our Battery Park clinic to welcome patients, manage appointment flow, and respond to calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.

You will guide patients through the out-of-network experience, greet patients with a smile, and deliver 5-star customer service as part of a collaborative team. This role emphasizes hospitality, clear communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet patients entering the clinic.
