Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy on the Upper East Side is seeking a Care Coordinator to greet patients, manage appointment flow, and respond to calls and emails promptly. The role emphasizes warm, 5-star service and a collaborative team culture in a busy outpatient setting.

You will help patients navigate the out-of-network experience while ensuring consistent, empathetic communication and smooth daily operations in the clinic.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and ability to multitask.
• A strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.
• We know that exceptional patient service can only be achieved when our team is well cared for.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while also controlling the flow of the appointment.
• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet all patients entering the clinic with a smile.
• Execute 5-star customer service and maintain a collaborative, community-oriented environment.
