Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy in Jersey City is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator to join our clinic. You will support patient care by welcoming patients, managing appointment flow, and responding to calls and emails promptly.

You will guide patients through our out-of-network experience, greet everyone with a smile, and deliver 5-star customer service. We value empathy, collaboration, and a proactive attitude to ensure exceptional care and support for patients and team members.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while controlling appointment flow.
• Respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through our out-of-network experience and greet all patients entering the clinic with a smile.
• Execute 5-star customer service and foster a collaborative environment for patients and team members.
