Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our E 84th St. location on the Upper East Side. You will welcome patients, respond to calls and emails promptly, and guide them through the out-of-network experience with a smile.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Greet patients at the clinic and guide them through the out-of-network experience.
• Ensure 5-star customer service and welcoming atmosphere for patients and team.
