You will manage front desk duties, scheduling, insurance verification, copays, and basic payments while upholding HIPAA and providing training and career growth opportunities within our clinic network.

No medical background required—one year of customer-facing work plus training will set you up for success

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer-facing role.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong phone and in-person communication.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming first impression for patients and visitors.
• Handle front desk operations: check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, calls.
• Review and schedule referrals; update patient records; explain next steps.
• Maintain patient flow by confirming appointments and managing waitlists.
• Collect copays and payments accurately; basic reconciliation when needed.
• Uphold HIPAA privacy in all interactions and documentation.
