Confluent Health in the United States is seeking a Care Coordinator to be the first voice and face for patients. You will handle check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communications with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities include maintaining smooth patient flow, updating records, and providing comprehensive training and HIPAA-compliant care. Compensation is $18-$20 per hour with strong benefits.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of experience in a customer- or patient-facing role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized.
• Comfort communicating on the phone with patience and professionalism.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn scheduling software and EMR.
