Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role is required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Must be able to work under pressure and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients, visitors, and staff at entry.
• Verify information and assist with patient questionnaires and forms.
• Print daily schedules and manage appointment flow for the day.
• Attend to walk-in patients and scheduling inquiries.
• Handle check-in/check-out processes and collect co-pays when applicable.
• Maintain a tidy, safe, and professional workspace for patients and staff.
• Complete reports and forms as requested and support additional admin duties.
