Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, experience with Microsoft Office, and a background in customer service. This full-time role requires professionalism, accuracy, and the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct all patients, visitors, and staff.
• Verify information and assist with patient questionnaires.
• Print daily schedules and manage appointment flow.
• Attend to walk-in patients and scheduling inquiries.
• Disseminate information using telephone systems and software.
• Update next-day charts and maintain tidy workspaces.
• Complete appointment confirmation calls and collect co-pays.
• Fill out essential reports and perform administrative tasks.
• Demonstrate knowledge of instruments and equipment.
• Read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
• Follow oral and written instructions and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
