Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check-in patients, verify information, and assist with forms.
• Print daily schedules for the team and physicians.
• Attend to walk-in patients and scheduling inquiries.
• Handle phone inquiries and update patient records in the system.
• Complete appointment confirmations and collect co-payments or balances at checkout.
• Maintain an orderly workspace and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Assist with administrative reports and other duties as needed.
