US Eye in Naples, FL, is seeking a Patient Care Representative to be the friendly first and last point of contact for patients, ensuring a courteous and organized experience at the front desk. You will verify information, assist with patient forms, and manage the check-in/check-out process with accuracy and empathy.

The role supports scheduling, chart updates, and general administrative duties while maintaining patient privacy and a welcoming environment across Center For Sight locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (required).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Prior experience in a customer service role.
• Must be able to work under pressure and respond to patient requests positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct all patients, visitors, and staff upon entry of the practice; monitor reception areas.
• Provide a pleasant check-in experience by verifying information and assisting with patient forms.
• Print daily schedules for team/physician appointments.
• Attend to walk-in patients and scheduling inquiries; handle prescription/record pick-up as needed.
• Disseminate information using telephone systems and computer software.
• Cross-check and update next-day charts based on appointment schedules.
• Maintain an orderly, safe workspace for patients and staff.
• Complete appointment confirmation calls per schedule.
• Collect co-payments, non-covered service fees, and any balances at check-out.
• Fill out essential reports and forms; perform additional admin tasks.
