Job summary

Lincare seeks a customer service professional to support patients and clinicians by answering questions, resolving issues, and identifying ongoing product and service needs. You will work with a team to ensure physician orders are followed and patients receive accurate information.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, documenting interactions, entering orders, and updating contact details in the system.

Qualifications

• Read and analyze patient orders and documents.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and patients.
• Assist in training employees.
• Calculate dosages and frequencies dispensed.
• Understand and follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system.
• Assess customer need for additional products/services.
• Assess customer compliance with physician orders.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products/services.
• Document calls in computerized record keeping system.
• Enter customer orders in computerized system.
• Verify and update demographic information in computerized records.
