Job summary

Lincare seeks a customer-focused team member to support physicians’ directions by answering questions, resolving problems, and identifying ongoing product/service needs. You will document calls and enter orders in our computerized systems to ensure accurate records.

Primary duties include communicating with customers via calls, assessing needs, educations about products/services, and updating demographic data to maintain current patient records.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating with customers by phone or similar channels.
• Ability to document interactions clearly and accurately.
• Familiarity with entering orders and updating customer data.
• Good understanding of product/services to educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
• Enters customer orders in computerized system
• Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
