Qualifications

• Computer entry required.
• Must meet licensing requirements for the location.

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound calls and automated dialer.
• Assesses customer needs for additional products/services.
• Assesses compliance with physician orders.
• Answers questions and provides customer education.
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system.
• Enters customer orders in computerized system.
• Verifies and updates demographic information in records.
• Reads and analyzes patient orders.
• Understands pharmacy terminology.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and patients.
• Assists in training employees.
• Calculates figures and amounts for frequency and doses dispensed.
• Follows oral and written instructions.
