Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration across access points with accurate demographics and insurance verification.
• Scan, index, and manage patient documentation for registration, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Communicate patient financial responsibilities and collect payments when appropriate.
• Schedule, confirm, and revise patient appointments to support timely access to care.
• Identify and resolve routine registration and insurance discrepancies; escalate complex issues.
• Provide patient-facing support via telephone and other channels per standard procedures.
