Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration at assigned access points with accurate demographics and insurance information.
• Accurately scan, index, and manage patient documentation in the EHR.
• Explain financial responsibilities to patients and collect payments as appropriate.
• Schedule, confirm, and revise patient appointments to support timely access to care.
• Identify and resolve routine registration and insurance discrepancies; escalate complex cases.
• Provide patient-facing support via phone and other approved channels.
