Qualifications

• 1 year healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of patient registration procedures and health insurance payers.

Responsibilities

• Register patients across access points with accurate demographic and insurance data.
• Scan, index, and manage patient documents per standards.
• Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments as appropriate.
• Schedule and update patient appointments to ensure timely access.
• Resolve routine registration and insurance discrepancies per workflows.
• Provide patient support via phone and other channels.
