Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration and admitting functions across hospital access points.
• Gathers, verifies, and updates demographic, insurance, and account information.
• Scan, index, and manage patient documents in the EHR to support workflows.
• Communicate financial responsibilities and collect payments when appropriate.
• Schedule and adjust patient appointments to support timely access to care.
• Provide patient-facing support via phone and other approved channels.
