Formación

• Associate's degree or 2 years formal education or equivalent experience.
• Two years' work experience in customer service, healthcare or business-related field.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and direct patients and families to testing and surgical areas in a courteous and welcoming manner.
• Register patients by obtaining and verifying all required information in the registration system.
• Explain procedures and hospital environment to patients to promote understanding and set expectations.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical information and keep work area orderly.
• Assist department communications and implement changes to information collection procedures as needed.
• Serve as a preceptor for new hires and support PAS leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned by PAS leadership.
