Job summary

Munson Healthcare is seeking a Patient Access Representative to greet and direct patients, coordinate with families, and support testing and surgery areas on-site. You will handle registration information and maintain data accuracy in the system.

The role requires confidentiality, good communication, and collaboration with staff. You may also act as a preceptor for new hires and perform other duties as assigned by PAS leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years formal education or equivalent experience.
• Two (2) years' work experience in customer service, healthcare or business-related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, families and other customers in a courteous and welcoming manner.
• Assist patients with registration information and verification in the registration system.
• Maintain confidentiality and keep areas orderly and stocked.
• Review department communications daily via phone or email and update information as needed.
• Serve as a preceptor for new hires, providing required education and guidance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by PAS leadership.
