Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years formal education or equivalent experience.
• Two (2) years' work experience in customer service, healthcare or business‑related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients and families to testing and surgical areas.
• Register patients by obtaining/verifying information for the registration system.
• Explain procedures and hospital environment with exceptional people skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical information and keep areas orderly.
• Communicate changes to information collection procedures daily.
• Serve as a preceptor for new hires and provide required education.
• Perform other duties as assigned by PAS leadership.
