Munson Healthcare is looking for a Patient Access Representative for the Emergency Department in Traverse City, Michigan. In this role, you will greet patients and assist with their registration and directions within the facility.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least two years in customer service, preferably in healthcare. This position is flexible and on a PRN basis, allowing you to work as needed.

• Greet and direct patients and families to testing and surgical areas.
