Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a Territory Manager for Pasadena to drive B2B sales in our industrial flooring solutions. You will manage relationships with existing clients and prospect for new opportunities, coordinating installation projects and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The role includes a two-year training plan, travel to headquarters, and a mix of field and home-office work. The position offers a base salary of $60,000–$80,000 with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B, end user sales; construction, commercial or industrial is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assess their needs, you will provide a consultative Stonhard solution.
• Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects.
• Work with your manager to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Oversee delivery of product installation, ensuring customer satisfaction; manage materials, crews and installation issues.
• Full turn-key operation to ensure smooth installs and repeat projects in other areas.
• Participate in a two-year training process including travel to HQ for planned trainings.
