Job summary

Stonhard in Houston is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B growth in construction and industrial markets. You will perform in-person calls, meet quotes and orders, and maintain detailed account records in Salesforce.

You’ll work a hybrid schedule with some field visits and occasional weekend installations, backed by strong training, a 401K match, and a pension plan. Top performers earn six-figure compensation through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of B2B sales experience in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.
• Strong communication, organization, and planning skills.
• Self-directed with ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls to meet activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement sales solutions quickly.

• Oversee project management at installation sites, coordinating with installation crews.
