Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a Territory Manager for Phoenix to drive B2B sales of industrial flooring solutions. You will manage accounts, build relationships with contractors and facilities teams, and coordinate field activities to exceed quarterly targets.

You will leverage a strong commission structure, travel regionally as needed, and work remotely from a home office when not meeting clients. Prior experience in construction or industrial markets is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of B2B sales experience in construction/industrial/commercial markets.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Able to thrive in a self-directed, fast-changing environment with high flexibility.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls by meeting/exceeding activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee project management responsibilities at installation sites, coordinating work with installation crews.
