Job summary

Stonhard is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B growth in construction and industrial markets. You will meet clients, qualify opportunities, and coordinate project installations with Stonhard's Construction Division, including occasional weekend work.

This role offers a base compensation range of $70,000–$90,000 with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential, including top performers earning well over $200K.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of B2B sales experience in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.
• Strong written and oral communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Self-directed, adaptable in fast-changing environments.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls and meeting activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs in Salesforce.
• Coordinate installation sites with Installation crews and Construction Division, including some weekend work.
