Job summary

FeedbackFruits in the United States is seeking a strategic partner manager to own and grow a portfolio of US partner institutions. You will manage renewals end-to-end and build relationships from instructors to C-level leaders.

You will drive adoption by turning usage data into practical plans, delivering trainings and demos, and advising on pedagogy and product. You will team with the US Account Executive to spot upsell opportunities and relay partner feedback to the product team.
