Job summary

Engine is seeking a Sr. Partner Success Manager for Technology Partners. This remote role across the US requires technical fluency, commercial awareness, and strong organizational discipline to manage partner integrations and revenue growth.

You will work with Product, Engineering, and Finance to turn partner issues into delivered outcomes, while maintaining content quality and driving performance across your book.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical account management or similar partner-facing roles.
• Fluent reading and testing of API docs; SQL strongly preferred.
• Understanding of travel distribution architecture and partner ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of technology partner accounts as primary contact.
• Monitor API health, content accuracy, and resolve degradation proactively.
• Lead incident escalation and root-cause analysis with Eng teams.
• Onboard new connectivity sources and expand signed scopes.
• Grow revenue by improving conversion and coverage across partners.
• Run partner cadence: QBRs, reviews, and working sessions.
• Translate capabilities into technical requirements for Product/Engineering.
• Support commercial renewals: performance analysis and terms.
• Maintain partner records, docs, and logs.
• Track developments in travel distribution to inform priorities.
