FeedbackFruits is seeking a US-based Partner Success professional to own our US partnerships from training through renewal. You will work with faculty, instructional designers, and university leadership to maximize value from our tools, cultivating strong relationships and guiding adoption across partner institutions.

You will travel up to 20% of your time, run trainings, and advise on pedagogy and product fit while representing FeedbackFruits at conferences and partner visits.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years in account management, customer success or partner management.
• Experience landing renewals you can walkthrough in detail, including hard renewals.
• Comfortable with professors and provosts and running conversations independently.
• Able to pick up complex software quickly and explain LMS integrations.
• Demonstrates proactive book management and early risk detection.

Aufgaben

• Own a portfolio of US partner institutions and manage renewals end-to-end from proposal to contract.
• Monitor adoption health and transform usage data into actionable adoption plans.
• Lead trainings and demos for faculty and instructional designers, advising on pedagogy and product use.
• Build relationships across institutions, from instructors to C-level, and grow internal champions.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the US Account Executive.
• Travel to partner campuses and conferences up to 20% of time.
