Job summary

Tutored by Teachers is seeking a Partner Success Manager to act as a strategic partner for district and school teams, ensuring program success and long-term growth. You will own onboarding, manage a book of business, and drive renewals and expansions across regional districts.

This is a fully remote role based in the United States, with up to 40% travel. A strong CS/AM background with K-12 knowledge will help you build trusted partnerships and reduce churn while advancing TbT’s mission.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience in K-12 education, district and school leadership preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with strategic prioritization.
• Proven ability to drive retention, expansion, and lower churn.

Responsibilities

• SERVE as a strategic partner to district and school teams for program success and growth.
• Lead onboarding for new clients with clear timelines and milestones.
• Own and manage book of business with territory plans for health, renewals, and expansion.
• Consolidate client feedback for insights to internal teams and senior management.
• Lead renewal and upsell efforts based on client goals and outcomes.
• Proactively identify at-risk accounts and partner to mitigate churn.
• Build collaborative relationships across internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
