Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Partner Experience Specialist to shape and deliver partner-facing content, materials, and applications. You will help reimagine and scale Cribl's partner ecosystem to drive revenue and global impact, building out engagement lifecycles and program capabilities across Resale, MSP, SI, Technology Alliances, and Cloud Services.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop onboarding tools, and communicate partner strategies internally and externally to ensure

Qualifications

3–5 years in partner operations, partner programs, or partner marketing.
Experience with Salesforce and PRMs or similar systems.
Ability to align global partner strategy with legal and operations compliance and policy.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to formulate a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan.

Responsibilities

Define and drive Cribl's partner engagement and program strategy.
Develop collateral, onboarding tools, and enablement materials for partners.
Lead evolution of partner experiences and program capabilities.
Communicate partner strategies and events across the business to maintain alignment.
Lead partner-specific projects and initiatives focused on scale and efficiency.
Own partner tools and promote their value and use cases internally and externally.
Support program compliance processes and communications.
Be flexible for ad hoc projects and varying time zones.
