Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Partner Experience Specialist to define and deliver partner-facing content, materials, and applications as part of our expanding partner ecosystem. You will shape engagement and enablement across resale, MSP, SI, and Technology Alliances.

You’ll develop collateral and onboarding tools, lead partner programs, and coordinate internal communications to ensure aligned strategies and scalable operations in a remote-first, multi-time-zone environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ownership in Partner Programs, Enablement, or Marketing.
• 3–5 years in partner operations, programs, or partner marketing.
• Experience with Salesforce and PRMs.
• Ability to align global partner strategy with legal and operations compliance.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement Cribl's partner engagement and enablement programs.
• Develop collateral, onboarding tools, and partner documentation.
• Lead evolution of partner experiences and program capabilities.
• Coordinate internal communications about partner strategies and events.
• Manage partner-specific projects to scale and improve efficiency.
