Job summary

Cribl, the AI era's telemetry platform, is hiring a Partner Experience Specialist to shape and deliver partner-facing content and programs. You will own the partner engagement lifecycle, drive growth across Resale, MSP, SI, and technology alliances, and develop collateral and onboarding tools that enhance partner experiences.

You will align partner strategies with legal and operations, manage cross-functional initiatives, and support global programs in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Ownership in Partner Programs, Enablement, or Marketing in the data security/IT space.
• Experience with Salesforce and PRMs or similar systems.
• 3–5 years in partner operations, programs, or partner marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define, shape, and deliver Cribl's Partner facing content and materials to scale the partner ecosystem.
• Build out the Partner engagement lifecycle and drive programs across Resale, MSP, SI, and technology alliances.
• Develop collateral, onboarding tools, and partner communications to improve experiences.
• Lead evolution of partner experiences and program capabilities via roadmaps.
• Coordinate partner strategies and events and align across the business.
• Manage partner-specific projects, drive compliance and awareness of value.
