Responsibilities

• Administer a variety of assessments including certifications and academic tests.
• Maintain vendor certifications for high-stakes testing by completing required trainings.
• Troubleshoot IT issues in the Testing Center with IT departments and vendor IT teams.
• Administer testing at off-site locations.
• Assist in daily Testing Center operations.
• Provide quality customer service to candidates/clients.
• Follow vendor security guidelines.
