Responsibilities

• Serve as an information resource for customers and direct them to appropriate channels.
• Maintain testing facilities, ensuring clean and organized spaces.
• Safeguard test security and confidentiality of materials.
• Protect customer information in compliance with FERPA.
• Verify customer identification according to procedures.
• Create a comfortable and suitable testing environment.
• Monitor workstations and systems to prevent cheating.
• Report testing-related issues to the appropriate authority.
• Collect fees for services requiring payment.
