Job summary

South Piedmont Community College is seeking a part-time Testing Proctor for the Union County campus. You will guide testers through check-in, administer assessments as directed, and secure testing materials.

You will maintain a compliant testing environment, support scheduling and accommodations, report irregularities, and complete annual PREA training. Confidential handling of records under FERPA is required, with a flexible schedule across campuses.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays.
• Associate's degree or higher required.
• Experience in testing/assessment settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proctor all tests administered at the college and guide testers through check-in.
• Administer assessments according to publishers or instructor guidelines.
• Ensure testing materials are secured and accounted for.
• Maintain testing environment that is comfortable, inviting, and free from distractions.
• Attend PREA training to administer assessments in correctional facilities.
• Maintain confidentiality of all records in accordance with FERPA.
