Job summary

Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator to serve as the face of the test center. You will verify IDs, monitor exams, and enforce security policies to uphold exam integrity. The role supports a busy site with varied shifts and requires strong customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, in person.
• College experience a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform required security checks including wand searches.
• Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Maintain a secure environment and materials in the test center.
• Ensure every candidate receives a fair and comfortable testing experience.
• Report any occurrences outside company guidelines.
• Be flexible with scheduling based on Prometric days of operations.
• Represent Prometric's vision, mission and values.
• If applicable, digitally scan and record candidate fingerprint identification.
