Job summary

Montgomery County Community College is seeking a Part-Time Testing Center Specialist at the Blue Bell Campus to support student placement and course testing. Responsibilities include scheduling, administering, and proctoring tests, plus data entry of testing exemptions.

• Requires a High School diploma or GED with 2 years related experience or an Associate’s degree may be preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills and strong written/oral communication are required.
• Experience with appointment scheduling software and data processing is preferred.
• Customer service experience is important for this role.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, administer, and proctor tests for placement and course testing.
• Enter testing exemptions data accurately.
• Provide back-up support to Library and Tutorial Services front-line services as needed.
