Job summary

Montgomery County Community College’s Pottstown campus seeks a Part-Time Testing Center Specialist to support student testing by scheduling, administering, and proctoring exams. The role includes processing exemptions and back-up support for Library and Tutorial Services front-line duties.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED with 2 years of related experience (Associate’s degree preferred), strong computer skills, and excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with 2 years work related experience required OR
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Excellent communication, both written and oral
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Support students and faculty with their testing needs. Make appointments for testing, administer and proctor tests and facilitate the return of tests to faculty ensuring strict confidentiality.
• Complete and maintain proctor trainings and certifications.
• Process transcripts for placement and testing exemptions
• Assist with Library circulation desk and Tutorial Services front-line services as needed.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
