Job summary

Five Below in Kentucky is seeking an energetic hourly associate to wow customers and support store operations. You will help train crew, oversee daily activities, and assist with receiving, stocking, and merchandising to keep shelves fresh and inviting.

As Manager on Duty when needed, you will handle cash, security, and customer service, and you will participate in onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing training to boost sales and maintain a WOW customer experience.

Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent.
College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Wows customers through personal contact and provides fast, friendly check-out experience.
Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed effectively.
Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff coordination.
Opens/closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, and ensures a smooth daily operation.
Supports onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance and knowledge.
Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service.
