Job summary

Five Below in Kentucky is seeking a store leader to wow customers and drive sales. You will train crew on the BEST customer service experience, oversee daily store activities, and help with receiving, stocking and merchandising.

You may act as Manager on Duty, open or close the store, secure cash, and ensure smooth operations while coaching associates. Applicants should have a High School diploma, management experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of all store associates and their performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for fast sales floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty; handle store operations, staffing, and urgent issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, ensure smooth operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and performance.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and world recovery; store maintenance.
