Job summary

Five Below is seeking a customer-focused leader to oversee daily store operations and drive a high-energy shopping experience. You will train crew, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest service at checkout while maintaining stock and bay presentation.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication skills. This is an hourly position with shifts including days, weekends, and occasional overnights as needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow the customer through personal contact and a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Train crew on customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floors updated.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff, when needed.
