Job summary

MINISO USA in Palo Alto is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will help with cash handling, opening/closing, merchandising, customer engagement, and promotions, while actively promoting the store's membership program to foster loyalty.

The role requires leadership, multitasking, and basic POS knowledge, with 1+ year experience as keyholder or supervisor; HS diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.

• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness, safety and compliance.
• Promote the store's membership program to foster customer loyalty.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS and participate in promotions.
