Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help with opening/closing, cashiering, merchandising, cash management, and promoting the store’s membership program to boost customer loyalty.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in a supervisory role in retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience and ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve KPI goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge and engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Assist with opening/closing, replenishment, merchandising, cash handling and promotions.
