Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will help with cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, and promotion of the store's membership program, contributing to KPIs and store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail (1+ yrs).
• Strong leadership and customer engagement abilities.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates to enhance product knowledge.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels, implement visual updates.
• Open/close the store and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Promote MINISO USA membership program and engage customers.
