Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training of associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help achieve KPIs, maintain store standards, manage cash, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the loyalty program.

The role supports opening/closing, handles customer concerns professionally, and travels between locations as needed. A high school diploma is required with retail supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail is desired.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement at the sales floor and register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
